Subject:<\/strong> Regulation (EC) No 1907\/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).<\/p>\n REACH demands that any chemical substance produced or imported into the EU market in quantities of 1 ton or more per year must pass under the scrutiny of the specific requirements detailed in the legislation. The responsibility for compliance lies with any company responsible for manufacturing, importing, using or placing a substance, preparation or article on the EU market. This includes suppliers, distributors, downstream users and retailers. The whole supply chain is involved in communication along the supply chain, and your responsibilities will vary according to your position in the chain.<\/p>\n Regarding the REACH MURAPLAST d.o.o. is strictly downstream user. In its products, MURAPLAST uses several general types of raw materials: polymers, glues, additives, masterbatch and inks. Additives, masterbatch, glues and inks are strictly from EU countries. Polymers can be from non-EU countries. The polymers manufacturers from non-EU countries are exporting their products to the EU market and they have satisfied the REACH obligation. Since MURAPLAST cannot register its products, our obligation is to ensure that all components (raw materials and their components) are preregistered or registered. Without the preregistration or registration of the components in our products, our products won\u2019t be exported to the EU market.<\/p>\n We declare that all our raw materials (polymers, additives, masterbatch, glues and inks) in our products (PE films, PE and paper bags and sacks) are registered by our suppliers.<\/p>\n If required we can forward their statements.<\/p>\n We declare that no Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the amount of more than 0,1 % for authorization up-dated on the 14th of June 2023 are intentionally used in our production process.<\/p>\n We do not test our products for these substances; based on our knowledge of the raw materials, chemical reactions and processes to make these products, we would not expect them to be present.<\/p>\n It is our obligation to inform you if any of the substances we use will be classified as SVHC in the future.<\/p>\nREACH obligation<\/h4>\n
